Mission accomplished,

I need a better method of calculating Shipping Price,

I need to multiply the Order's weight with a Price per KG
example:
1kg to 100kg is $.80 per Kg
100.01kg to 250kg is $.65 per kg
250.01kg to 1000kg is $.50

Then add a consignment charge by ZIP code,
example:
Zip codes 1000 to 2000 add $10.00
Zip codes 2001 to 3000 add $15.00
Zip codes 3001 to 3599 add $18.00
Zip codes 3600 to 4200 add $30.00

Certain delivery areas attract higher consignment charges due to distance or transport method.

Can BTO do this?
Has anyone come up with a solution before?
