This sounds like a problem with your installation. The popup window is trying to open licenseAgrRequest.asp in the UPSLicense folder in your Product Cart install folder. You should check to make sure that folder and file exist on your web site. If not, copy the folder and files again from your install files.

Hi,

When I try to enable "UPS Online Tools" , it says click here to register your account.  I already registered so I clicked and...

a separate window comes up that says, "The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

It seemed like a broken link issue or something so I went directly to UPS.com and tried it. I registered and wanted to get the license, etc for the tools, but which one do I opt for?

Is anyone else getting this? Is there something I am not doing right? a page that should be activated? ??
