I dont think its my Fed-Ex setting as I have shipped hundreds of in-stock products without incident.
 
I only incurr the problems when i try to manually ship an item that has been tagged as a drop-ship item.

I've been using ProductCart for over a year now and am VERY pleased however I have had one continuing issue that I decided to throw out here and get help with.
 
I have several product lines that are set up as being drop-shipped however there are a few occassions where I get this inventory in house and need to ship it out manually via Fed-Ex/UPS.
 
My problem is... once I go through the Fed-Ex shipping wizard to ship one of these pre-determined drop-ship items, I no longer have the ability to go back and "manage" my shipped package. I can't even print out a label. The "Manage Shipped Packages" button is gone.
 
I should probably know this but I cannot even tell if my Fed-Ex account is being billed. 
 
Any suggestions???
