This was a really weird little issue that came up and I wanted to share it in case it happens to anyone else. 

In v. 3.11 we had custom shipping options set up to allow for delivery to several locations.  Some of the locations had an apostrophe in the name.  When we upgraded to v. 3.51, those locations did not work and had to be edited to delete the apostrophe.

Fixed the issue but just wanted to share and if this does get changed, would like to put the apostrophe back in if possible.
