    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=1378">bsnyder</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2446<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06-February-2009 at 1:25pm<br /><br />Hello, I just ran into something just odd while attempting to do and Import Update. <DIV>I did my normal update as always with are xls file of almost 1000 product lines.</DIV><DIV>I noticed that the product names and descriptions&nbsp;on some products were not getting updated. so I broke down the type of products and it was some of the notebooks in are list.</DIV><DIV>So I created a temp xls with just the notebooks, a total of 47 lines now.</DIV><DIV>Ran the Imort Update with just the 47 items, only 32 of the 47 records were updated, with no errors.&nbsp; I double checked the IMPORT range it has all 47 items selected.</DIV><DIV>And the updated and non updated items seem to of been random.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>So My next step was I removed all the Inactive items from my list.&nbsp; Only&nbsp;26 items now in the list.&nbsp; Ran the Import Update, all 26 updated successfully this time.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Anyone have some ideas as what could be going wrong?</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Brian</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Edit: Out of the full import list, there is 949 Lines, only 905 of those lines are being used.&nbsp; And I am stumpted to why thost 44 random lines get skipped without error.</DIV><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by bsnyder - 06-February-2009 at 2:16pm</span>]]>
