    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=1363">RUOnTheNet</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2420<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02-February-2009 at 4:00pm<br /><br />Hi,&nbsp; we are receiving a couple of problems when wholesalers enter orders. <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>The wholesale customer will try to place an order, and get the following errors: </DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>1) We encounter the "shopping cart empty" error message.&nbsp; After three attempts the product stays in the cart sometimes.&nbsp; This occurs mostly with FireFox</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>2) When we don't have the above problem, that is a successful wholesale order, we are not always offered the option to change the shipping address at time of checkout.&nbsp;&nbsp; It seems that we have to go into the account first and change shipping address, and not done at time of checkout.&nbsp;&nbsp; Is this correct?&nbsp;&nbsp; Basically the wholesaler logs in, purchase a wholesale product and does not get the chance to change shipping address at check out. </DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Yes, we have the selection of allowing the user to have different shipping addresses enabled. </DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Thanks for any input. </DIV><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by RUOnTheNet - 02-February-2009 at 4:34pm</span>]]>
