We're using out of the box integration with USPS and UPS plus a couple custom options (Pick Up at Store, etc.).<br /><br />I've since had this happen one more time. Customer chose three items, two of which were set to "Oversize." The cart correctly shows 3 boxes, but the shipping is only calculated on one box (the lightest one that is eligible for First Class). The result was a shipping charge of $3.85 instead of $80-ish as it should have been. <br /><br />Luckily the customer was understanding when we contacted them, but I'd love to avoid that scenario again.]]>

Any advice on what else to do to keep this from happening?]]>
