(I do not see anything about process manually)

Any ideas?

--- Update ---
I noticed in the "View/Process Order" 2 sections. One for UPS and Shipping Center..
It does say not to use the top one, but to use the UPS one. However, it seems the UPS one brings me to the automated shipping.
Can I use the Shipping Center (top one) and not use the UPS one to accomplish the manual shipment?

Note: see the screen-shot.

Edited by worldofrugs - 27-January-2009 at 2:58pm
