Hi Bill,
   Please raise a support ticket so we can investigate properly.
There is syncronization performed ( I believe) between Google and your site.

For non-Google orders you can delete orders via this FAQ : http://www.earlyimpact.com/faqs/e-commerce_shopping_cart_questions.asp?faqid=57  but I'm personally not familiar enough with the Google checkout process to say whether this is OK for Google orders.

I've been trying to run the monthly sales reports, and it keeps stopping with a "bad order" error.
 
I can't see which order is bad, and don't know how to get around it. 
 
We did have some trouble getting GOOGLE to speak to us (we had moved to a different server and the certificate didn't make it across).  We have communications with google now, but I suspect it's one of the orders that we used to test the google interface, and now PC isn't finding all the parts of the order it needs.
 
How can I remove the order completely?  I don't need it for anything other than that test, and that's long gone now.....
