Hi Mindstorm,
    Your missing various necessary things from the header and footer files - At the very least a doctype and some css files such as pcStorefront.css. There are likely to be other issues as well. Please go through the steps outlined in the documentation : http://wiki.earlyimpact.com/productcart/storefront-integrate  and this will resolve the issues. If you are creating a brand new design then you can start from the existing header and footer files (as supplied). If you wish to use dreamweaver (or similar) on these then you can merge the header and footer to a single file temporarily whilst working on the design and then split them as outlined in the documentation.

I just updated my header/footer and now my main area is showing up bottom and right?

This is happening on all my pages. I've looked and can't seem to find the code to fix it. I'm sure it's something that I'm over looking. Anyone have the same issues? Anyone have any suggestions?
