Early Impact may be able to help you with a script (which I also have) that will reveal the password of the master admin user.
 
When I have situations like this I gain access to the site via FTP and install this script that detects the correct password.
 
As for the past sales, I would then look at the database to make sure it was properly moved over from the former host, then take further action based on the results of that answer.

I am in the process of switching our store to a new hosting company. I have the files uploaded to the new one, and I can get to the control panel, but the user and password we used to get into the control panel does not work anymore. How can I get in with unlimited access? A user id and password I had given to PC technical support before we moved hosts still works, but the access is limited.

And, none of the past sales are showing up in the store after the move, either.
