Please open a support ticket regarding this issue - it may actually be related to a bug in some of the older report files.

I have been trying to export sales data in CSV format. When doing so, the new page is blank. When I switch to export as HTML Table, the program works properly and shows an HTML table with data. This behavior is the same for IE or FireFox.
