Hi Nas,
    In the admin page where you ticked "Not for Sale" there is a text box just below it.
The default text in there is "no" - you can either change or clear that text as you wish.

There are some items in my store that are "Not For Sale". However, when I use the details page and click the check box "Not For Sale" it replaces the quantity box where a customer would select the number they want of the item with the word "no".
