I've been dealing with this problem for the past couple of weeks with P.C. v3.01 PPD.

Recently, customers have been loggin in and trying to purchase products from our shopping cart only to have it jump to the home.asp page instead of continuing with the checkout process. It goes as far as to the address confirmation page and to select the method of payment, but once you try to go past that it instead displays the home page instead of continuing on to allow you to enter your credit card information.

I've contacted our web hosting service provider and they had suggested we remove the google-analytics code that I had added to the footer.asp page so my bosses can track the pageviews and the other stuff google-analytics does. It is still not working.

Is this a server problem, or is it a problem with one of the .asp files in ProductCart? I don't have full administrator access to the server it's hosted on and I have no ASP programming experience - I wouldn't know what to look for if there was a problem in the coding.

If anyone else has experienced this problem, please let me know how you resolved it.
