We have a client that would like to give reward points to customers that post a review. The reward points can be added manually through the Control Panel, but is it possible to add fields to the product review entry form that are not displayed on the store to the general public? I am thinking of a customer e-mail or ID etc that can be used to double check identity before adding points.

They also want to give reward points for referals - this is mentioned in the manual, but the actual method of referring friends is not mentioned. Can anyone help and explain how this is done?
