I've been with PC since V2.76. First time around I customized it so that "Request A quote" c/b used on regular products, not just BTO. When I upgraded that client to V3.11/3.12 I left the customization off but had some discussions with EA support people in which I highly recommended that requesting a quote be allowed with regular products because it's never made sense to me to restrict that to just one type of product. From the looks of current postings to this forum, there are other people with the same need.

I'm getting ready to propose PC V3.5 for a new site but they want all products to be a quote request, no order processing. Does V3.5 allow request a quote on BTO AND regular products? If not, are there future plans to all this?
