You can simply add it via the Manage States feature in the Control Panel (Settings menu). This is not a known issue. Help please.  It was recently brought to my attention by a potential customer that Washington is not available as a state option in the drop down menu at checkout for my store.  I looked, and sure enough it's not there.  I believe there is another one missing (I didn't have time to rattle off all of the states to figure it out) but apparently one option is American Samoa.  I've upgraded to the most current cart (3.5) and I've checked all of my shipping options to see if somehow I excluded it and I haven't.  Do I need to submit a ticket for this problem?]]> Tue, 18 Nov 2008 11:54:11 +0000 https://forum.productcart.com/missing-a-state_topic2156_post7424.html#7424
