Just to update this thread. We are not able to replicate the problem in our test stores. As far as we can see there are no issues with customer reviews in ProductCart v3.5. So we notified the customer via our Support Ticket system.

Hi,
There's no references in viewPrdL to reviews.
viewPrdL is used as an "include" in viewPrd - If you look at the aspcode in viewPrd you should find that there is an include for viewPrdLand about 25-30 lines later a section "PRODUCTS REVIEW ZONE" and aninclude for prv_increviews.asp

I can see the product review on "Velvet Butter Creams", but not on other products at the moment. I'll go and scratch my head a bit more about this one....

Hello all!

I've got a dilemma and I'm hoping someone can help. I've put in a ticket with support and have done what they advised me to do so far, but I'm still having an issue.

My product reviews are not showing up on my product pages. I've made sure that the feature is turned on in my shop, and I had some text there before I did the update that I could see even if there were no reviews yet. Now, I can't see anything, there's no way for anyone to leave a review at all!

I have confirmed that my viewprd and viewPrdCode files match the new 3.5 update files that I just received. In other words, I did no customizations to the code there - and those were the files that support advised me to reload. Still no change...

I'm personally wondering if I've modified out the wrong thing from my viewPrdL file. I cannot seem to find my orignal backup files so I can check it against my current file, so I'm hoping support will allow me to do a re-download if nothing else.

In the meantime, I thought I'd post here and see if I could get any tips on how to proceed or what bit of code I'm looking for. I was expecting to see something like this in the viewPrdL but for REVIEWS instead:

But there seems to be no code in the viewPrdL file that references product reviews.

Any ideas or tips on how I can proceed until I can either find my original backup files (I know, I know - how can I not have a backup?!) or download a fresh copy to compare them with....
