For something like this, always support a support ticket.

ProductCart is not registering an error (the reference ID is empty). We also have no other reports of this problem. Submit a support ticket so that we can look into it.

We installed Ver 3.5 this weekend, now we have a problem when you try to search with a keyword and leave Category: set to All. You get an error;

The error has been logged in the store database. The reference ID for this error is: . Write it down because you will need it to obtain more information about this error or to report the problem to our technical support team.

 

For security reasons, details about this error are not shown in the storefront. To obtain more information, do the following:

  • Log into your store's Control Panel
  • Go to "Help > Error Information"
  • Enter the Reference ID and click "Submit"

If you enter a Category then enter a keyword, it will work sometime but not every time.
