This is not something that we can do for version 3.5, which is completely frozen and undergoing last minute fine-tuning, but we will keep it in mind for the future and possibly post it on the new <a href="http://wiki.earlyimpact.com" target="_blank">ProductCart WIKI</a> later this year.<br><br>Thanks for the suggestion.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=4">katharina</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 2092<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31-October-2008 at 1:14pm<br /><br />I feel that most shoppers know how to search for items.&nbsp; You get used to do it correctly when using ebay or google.&nbsp; Consider putting the additional word like knife/knives into the description of the item, so it will become part of the search.&nbsp; This can be done in a descriptive manner.&nbsp; For example you only sell one "Cheese Knife", but worry that including the word knives implies that people get more then one.&nbsp; Just say things like "These brand of knives are made of high quality bla bla."&nbsp; I'm doing this for my products when there is a German name avaialable, since I sell German gift items.&nbsp; Sure I don't need the German word, since my site is in English and shoppers usually search in English.&nbsp; It does help with the occasional one that likes to use the German term for an item.&nbsp; On top it will index the item well in google with the additional word.&nbsp; Misspellings are another story.&nbsp; <br><br>Here is one for PC:&nbsp; Does the site search consider product key words?&nbsp; There we could put common misspellings without having it show in the products description.<br>Katharina<br>]]>
