Hi, Sounds like you didn't run the full upgrade - there is often an SQL script to update the database as part of updates.  Read through the upgrade steps carefully to make sure you followed them all. Good luck.

i am upgrading from an earlier version 3 of product cart to version 3.12. my concern is if only the files change or does the database also change? After i upgraded to version 3.12 i got the below error message at this location admin sectiot > settings > storesettings

* Error Number: -2147217900
* Error Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
* Error Description: Invalid column name 'pcStoreSettings_TermsShown'.

based on this error message, it seems that a colunm name is missing which is required in v3.12. i never got this error in the earlier version 3. so my concern is if my database needs to be updated?
