I live in Ontario, Canada and therefore collect two taxes on most sales - both PST and GST. I am setting up the Quickbooks add on, and am at the section entitled "adding necesary items to the Quickbooks item list".  There is only one drop down box that I can use to map taxes. How do I map both GST and PST collected to separate accounts in Quickbooks?
