I am completing our cart setup.  First, I have to say that this cart is great.  Easy to setup.  Easy to customize.  Very nicely done.  Thanks.

I first setup with Auth.net.  I was able to get transactions to be declined due to various AVS checks.  No problem.  But then I realize PC doesn't contact auth.net for a cancel or refund.  That's not optimal for me.

I saw somewhere that PC does handle returns and cancels through Paypal Payflow Pro. Unfortunately AVS checks are not configurable for Payflow Pro so I can't get transactions to be declined.  They need to be setup on the client (PC) side.

Does PC handle cancel/refund through Payflow Pro?  Can I setup PC to tell Paypal to reject certain AVS code?  If so, is this setup or a customization?
