Hi,

I'm facing issues for the followings:

Customer Signup & Billing:
(1) When select country as Bangladesh, a drop down with city names (required filed)

Shipping:
(1) International shipping calculation according to http://chorka.com/int-shipping-1.jpg http://chorka.com/int-shipping-2.jpg & http://chorka.com/int-shipping-3.jpg
(2) Domestic shipping with City
