Never mind....I found the answer.  The padding is controlled by the .pcShowContent variable located in pcStorefront.css which can be found in the root pc folder.

I have no control over the cellPadding or cellSpacing of an HTML table when placed in the 'Description' text field of a Product. I get the same results whether I specify a cellPadding of '0' or a cellPadding of '8'. The table is always displayed with a cellPadding of approximately 2 or 3.

However, I do have control of these same table parameters when placed in the 'Long Description' text field of a Category. If I specify a cellPadding of '0', I get a nice tight table with no extra spacing.

Does anyone know how can I obtain the same control over HTML table spacing parameters for Product Descriptions as I have for Category Long Descriptions?
