For a few reasons, I restrict my sales to US only. This is easy enough through PC customer registration as Country & US State are required fields.
 
However, I just had a customer attempt a purchase from Czechoslovakia via GCO. Apparently they were able to bypass the above noted requiredness in this manner.
 
Any idea if this is some kind of "hole" or is my setup somehow mis-configured?
