It's better than nothing for the time being, just would be nice to not let them

Hi

There is an option in product cart to allow you to ask optional questions on check out.

I have specified one asking if the customer agrees to our terms and conditions. they need to enter YES or No in the box.

This does not prevent the check out process unless they leave the box empty. However when you come to process the order if they have entered no ...........

I'm just starting up my online business and want to offer BTO products.
ProductCart looks perfect for what I want to do but something I want on my
site is a way for customers to agree to terms and conditions before they are
able to check out.

Is there any way to do this in ProductCart BTO or is there another add on for
this type of option? Can I do this with Conflict Management?

I just want to make sure this is something that ProductCart can handle
