Is there a way to have a virtual terminal type window so that the employees can order for the affiliates.  They order our product in bulk and get discounts and shipping breaks but we do not want customers to see this information?

The reason is that we need to be able to track these orders using the cart and cut down on using the virtual terminal from authorizenet since these orders do not show in the cart.
