Unfortunately the API is not available outside the US at this time.

Hello,

I would like to ask a question regarding Fedex API that is integrated in ProductCart. My client is from United Arab Emirates and has a Fedex account in his country. I tried enabling the Fedex API using his account, but the Enable API process only allows US countries. Is it possible to enable the API for Fedex accounts outside of US?
