I don't have a store that has USPS and Fedex, so I can't verify this personally by testing for the specific example I'll describe below.  Can someone please confirm the following if you know for certain, or have these shippers configured and don't mind checking?  Thanks.
 
A customer wishes to ship their product by 2 methods only.  US domestic orders go by Fedex Ground, and International orders are shipped by USPS EMS.  No other shipping methods will be activated.
 
I predict that when an order is being placed, if the address is in the US, USPS EMS will be deemed an unavailable method and will thus not appear on the shipping choices screen.  If the address is outside of the US, the Fedex method will not appear, leaving only USPS as a choice.
 
Am I accurate in predicting this behavior?
