I would also like to suggest that you add the same checks to the Header.asp file for "Other Links". Hi,
   If you have the number of featured products to display set to zero you shouldn't see anything about featured products on the home page. I suspect setting it to zero as per your other post will have resolved this.

I'm currently reviewing upgrading from V2.76 to V3.11. One of the first things I noticed on home.asp is that the Featured Products area displays even though there are no featured products. I don't see a check in homecode.asp to verify if there is/isn't any featured products, it only appears to check the count of featured products to display.
