Yep, set to oversize but still available for free shipping. I thought maybe there was a flag to set somewhere I just wasn't seeing. I'll look into making all oversize items not ship free, that'd do the trick most of the time.

Hi,
   Are they flagged as oversize products in your DB?
If so then the code that manages shipping will be worth investigating as it will already have code for detecting / handling oversize products and the free shipping. I suspect it would be faily straight forward to adjust it to prevent the free shipping from applying to the oversize products.

We're offering free shipping for orders >$100 but we have a few oversize products I'd like to exclude.
