    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=4">katharina</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1719<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17-June-2008 at 10:10am<br /><br />I wish they had this option.&nbsp; We have so many customers that are just not getting it.&nbsp; Many think more cost the faster, but that is not always true.&nbsp; We offer UPS and Postal.&nbsp; Priority mail is supposed to take 2-3 days, but we know that it takes 3-4 days or more around holidays.&nbsp; The post office is just not as reliable as UPS.&nbsp; It would be nice to tell that the customer.&nbsp; Then we have those morons that think UPS 2 day air includes the day of shipping.&nbsp; They order Monday and expect it to arrive on Tuesday.&nbsp; On top of that we have a cut off time of noon for same day shipping.&nbsp; We had idiots that ordered at 8pm thinking it would ship the same day.&nbsp; It would be nice to have all of that incorporated at checkout.&nbsp; I have seen it at other websites.&nbsp; A message of the next shipping day it... and your estimated order arrival may be on ... would be nice.&nbsp;&nbsp; Taking into account items that are allowed to be ordered while out of stock.<br>Katharina<br>]]>

Also, UPS Ground doesn't show a delivery time estimate either. Can we manually put estimates in there?]]>
