Hi,
   I'd start by checking the version of AddDiscounts.asp that you have on the site.
Check to see if it was in a recent update file & compare the two versions to check it was uploaded successfully.
If that doesn't throw any light on the issue then this is probably a case for a support request to EA.

Looking on one of my sites the file I have is dated 18/02/2008 - So that definately points to it being part of an upgrade.

We are currently running the latest version of product cart V3.11a, but recently we wanted to add some more coupons onto our site.  When we go to manage coupons, then add new coupon, for some reason the full page never loads.
 
It only shows upto the part detailing about the description, so we can't add any coupons. We have made coupons on our site before but I suppose during one of the upgrades something must've gone wrong or I must be doing something wrong.
 
Any suggestions?
