It sounds like you are requesting developer's access to theAPI.  That is not necessary to use FedEx within ProductCart. You canactivate FedEx in ProductCart just by entering a standard account numberwithout contacting FedEx.   Let us know if that doesn’t work, or if youneed more information.  There are no plans to update the integration touse Web Services as there are no clear advantages for the end user.  If there ever is a definitive reason to use WebServices we will definitely review it.

Hi,

I have a question regarding Fedex integration in Product Cart. One of my clients is applying to Fedex to get access to Fedex API, but Fedex said they are not supporting new requests for API's because they are focusing on the new Fedex Web Service. Since Product Cart so far only supports Fedex API, is there anyway for my client to still use the Fedex integration in Product Cart? Will their account number still usable in Product Cart through the Fedex API? Also, is there any plans for upgrading the Fedex integration in Product Cart to use Fedex Web Service?
