Hi,
  I'm sure NetProfits answered a similar question in the last couple of days so I'll just post his answer as don't want to look like I'm grabbing credit for it :-) .

NetProfits :
You can't use the quote marks around the URL inside of other quote marks defining ASP text. Change the quotes around the URL to apostrophe's (single quotes) and make sure you have a quote at the very end of the line after the >.

I would like to modify english_rma_1 as follows:

Do I need any type of escaping of the inside double quotes?
