Looking at the html for the above page:

The top spacing appears to be caused by your CSS definition of the top navigation. If you add a border=1 to your top inside table you will see that the spacing is in the table cell that contains your top nav right below the navigation.

The bottom spacing is caused by an extra blank row above your footer content. Remove:
          <tr>
             <td>&nbsp;</td></tr>
from your footer.asp code to remove the blank line.

Does anyone know how to remove the padding-like gap at the top & bottom
of mainIndex.asp & similar pages?
