Also, as this is happening at a particular time that also pretty much rules out product cart as, AFAIK,&nbsp; it does nothing at any particular scheduled time - it just reacts to requests for web pages.<br><br>If the hosting company cannot be specific about the issue I would go with the request to move your DB to another server - if the problem still persists then&nbsp; further diagnostics will be needed - but probably this will&nbsp; need to be done by the hosting company, depending on the level of access to the server they permit. <br><br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=4">katharina</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1627<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14-May-2008 at 1:47pm<br /><br />I would guess the same.&nbsp; We had a similar problem on our provider's server.&nbsp; We talked to them and they moved us to a different server with a limited number of users (semi dedicated) without any up cost.&nbsp; Apparently pc (in our case SQL) needs a certain amount of system resources to run smoothly.&nbsp; Plus we have lots of products.&nbsp; I think they only had to move the database to another server.&nbsp; Talk to your host and see what may be the issue.&nbsp; <br>Katharina<br>]]>
