On our product pages we have made some customizations to allow for product accessories to be added to the cart directly from the product page. There are up to three add-to-cart buttons on each product page depending on what the product actually is.

I pull down the accessories dynamically from the database based on cross-selling relationships and then build a form based on these values. The form looks and works great in IE. The correct item is always added to the cart.

In Firefox, the form looks great but the main product on the page is added to the cart when the button is clicked - not the accessory. I have pulled down the page source and will include it below. If anyone has any insight into this, I would greatly appreciate it.
