Some pages, such as "viewcategories.asp",  use “no-cache”.

 

e.g.

 

Response.CacheControl = "no-cache"

 

I cannot help you dig into your implementation of gzip, but it’s possible some of the ASP code will conflict.  Try searching the words above in ProductCart and remove those lines before trying to implement your caching system. I hope that helps.

EarlyImpact? Care to take a stab at this? A lot of my code is not expiring and caching from the headerfooter. The css, js, gif and jpg files.

I need to start directing what files to expire and how often, what to cache and what to gzip, deflate. I cannot find a good example on the web that directs by content type like I could in apache.
