Further ideas on how to overcome that obstacle?

Each size is a different weight. Can I set the different options to be different weights? I don't want to add each size dumbbell as an individual item, as one picture and description can suffice. Shipping costs vary greatly between a 2 lb dumbbell and a 100 lb dumbbell. Barring assigning separate weights for different options, can I change the shipping costs of products/options individually? Thanks.
