thanks I will.

but i was thinking that most of the engine is in place, all the tricky things like payment gateways etc

a friend has a photographic studio with a small model register and booking out facilities and models would be great thru PC  , selling time slots instead of product and having a calendar to display available/unavailable slots

Anyone know different?

I assume you just want booking facilities - not to take payments online.
If that's the case I have a few ideas about how you may achieve it. PM me if you wish.
