HI Scarlett,
   Can you clarify what you mean by parsed in this case - Do you mean filtered?
Do you mean the order details separated out into a more suitable format for your use?

Have you investigated the XML export of order information? I suspect the detail in that will be both very complete & well structured (as is all XML). I'll be looking into the XML side of things myself in a week or two.

We sell for bridal and formal salons so report sales by item each month.

We need the order details delimited so that the quantity, sku, item title, sales price are already parsed. Delimiting this information would also give us a clean download of orders with multiple sales.

I'd be very interested in other ideas how to get this raw data into our spreadsheet reports every month.
