The "Number of Product Views" is one of the standard reports contained in Sales Reports.  Scroll to:

View Top Products or Customers

and select "Top Viewed Products" from the dropdown list.

I was poking around in the database and discovered a field that showsthe number of times an item was viewed.  But I can't seem to finda report in the Control Panel that shows that.

Does one exisit and I'm just blind?
