I'm using PC in the USA.  I would love to have the country printed out on the invoice as well.  Also it would be nice, if the stores phone number also shows on the invoice.

We are based in the UK and although we have assigned codes for our various counties and countries we would rather the full county or country name was printed on the dispatch note and invoice

Is there anyway of changing the code on manager_admin/OrdInvoice.asp

<%=pshippingStateCode%>  to show the full state/county

and same again for the country
