Chris,

If you haven't figured this out yet then simply move the code for content pages located in the header. I moved the code to the footer and used CSS to list the content pages across the bottom of my website, www.knifepro.com.

Is there a way to add content pages without them linking to the left navigation menu?

As an example, we would like one link on the left navigation that says "Information". When people goto to the content page "information" they can then choose where they want to go from there. We will have a link structure on this page.
