Author: Careforall21
Subject: 1330
Posted: 24-January-2008 at 10:12am

We're selling t-shirts on our page and plan to ship up to 3 t-shirts within one envelope. Is there a way we could inform ProductCart that t-shirts will be shipped in intervals of 3? (Example: 4 t-shirts will be sent in 2 packages: 3 t-shirts in one package and 1 t-shirt in another package).

Likewise, we are also selling mugs and will use our own packaging. We have a box for a single mug and another box that can fit two mugs. If a customer orders 2 mugs, we want ProductCart or our shipping company to treat it as 1 package rather than 2 packages. Is there any we could do that as well?

Thank you so much.

*We allow our customers to choose between the following shipping companies: USPS and UPS.
