I will do my best to explain each of them here.
<p ="Msonormal">
<p ="Msonormal">IE renders the alt text in the absence of the title text.Technically, alt text should show only when the image is NOT there or cannot beseen. For example, they would be read to a legally blind person by a specialbrowser. That is the major drawback of removing the alt text completely, and it’snot recommend at all.
<p ="Msonormal">
<p ="Msonormal">One possible solution is to add an empty title attribute tothe source code. The title attribute will suppress the alt text popup.
<p ="Msonormal">
<p ="Msonormal">ex. <img src="ProductImage.jpg" alt=”MyProduct" title="">
<p ="Msonormal">
<p ="Msonormal">The drawback here is we can not foresee if empty titleattributes will effect your search engine placement, or have any other negativeeffects on accessibility.
