Thank you for providing this link - I agree it is very thought provoking.

I wonder about the design of viewcart.asp to be most efficient to enable shoppers to find their next item. I use a search and relevant "You may also be interested in". I do not know what else you could do but have been thinking about some category/brand  specific message (as shoppers often buy multiple items either of the same category or brand).
