Hello everyone

I have a button on my homepage for "tell a friend" and would like it to access the "tell a friend" form which is currently connected to each specific product. Can anyone tell me how to have the tell a friend form be available from the home page? It would be nice to maintain the tell a friend as product specific too, but if I cant have both I would prefer it to be available from the home page rather than from each product page.
